Dr Jaime Loomis will be hosting a week-long training camp including: full body assessment to assess risk for injury, alignment assessment and adjustment, exclusive therapy tool to maintain alignment and video breakdown of jumping and landing mechanics.
Your athlete will be educated on and guided through foundational strength training and exercise fundamentals progressed over the week. College recruits’ biggest complaint is lack of knowledge in this area. Your athlete will leave the camp with this knowledge along with the knowledge to keep their bodies physically healthy.
